Connoisseur

I don't know what I am.
A connoisseur? surely not.
I'm indiscriminant; well no.
I'm discriminating, but
not excessively so.
I find beauty--wonder,
wherever I look
and relish each moment
for its flavor.
Some turn up their noses,
refuse to partake,
and lose part of life
in the process.
